Before you get in touch
Good questions, straight answers
Jobs Desk is a developing service, so some answers are about the current workflow and some describe what is still being confirmed.
- Who is Jobs Desk for?
- The service is being shaped around people looking for UK digital roles, including website, CMS, SEO, content and related work. A conversation helps establish whether your level, location and priorities are a fit.
- Where do the roles come from?
- The current corpus uses Reed and Adzuna data and selected employers’ own careers pages. Coverage depends on the sources and their terms. Jobs Desk does not use LinkedIn or Indeed.
- How often will I receive roles?
- The intended service is a regular, twice-weekly review of suitable vacancies over a three-month period. The exact cadence and scope must be confirmed in writing before anyone joins.
- Are all roles confirmed remote and open?
- No. Work mode, salary and the state of a vacancy can be unclear in the source. Each listing should show when it was last checked and name what could not be confirmed.
- Will Jobs Desk apply for me?
- No. You decide whether to apply and complete the application. The service does not contact employers on your behalf.
- Does Jobs Desk tailor CVs or prepare me for interviews?
- The invited-client application desk prepares evidence-bound CV and cover letter drafts when a model provider is configured. You review once, then export and track your application. Interview support remains planned.
- Can I sign up and pay online?
- There is no checkout or self-service sign-up. An enquiry starts a conversation; no payment is taken through this site.
- What happens if there are not enough suitable roles?
- That can happen, especially for a narrow search. We aim to discuss fit and current availability before agreeing to any paid service, and we do not pad a list to make it look fuller.
