Useful detail. Honest limits.
The service, plainly described
Jobs Desk is growing in deliberate steps. Here is what the current workflow supports, and what is still under development or on the roadmap.
Current workflow
A shared role corpus
Roles are gathered on a schedule, then organised so the same source record can be reviewed consistently. The feed reads from that existing corpus; it does not start a new search when you click.
A profile shaped with you
The consultation captures your priorities in a written profile. The profile is the basis for matching and can be reviewed with you.
Evidence on each listing
Role details include what the source gave us, how fresh the vacancy check is, where an apply link leads, and what could not be confirmed.
A private client page
Invited clients can view their role digests, rate roles and see the learning status associated with their feedback. There is no public self-registration.
Your application desk
Invited clients can upload a PDF or Word CV, set preferences, review an evidence-bound application pack once, export PDF or DOCX and track each application. Tailoring requires a configured provider; unavailable sources and gaps are labelled.
A human stays in charge
You choose whether and how to apply. Jobs Desk does not submit applications or contact employers for you.
What comes next
In development or planned
Some screens and workflows may appear as local previews while their supporting service is built. A preview is for exploring the design; it does not mean the capability is live.
Interview preparation
Interview help is a later product idea, not a current service promise.
What a button can promise
The search runs against a shared corpus that is gathered separately. The service should report what the corpus contains and when it was checked. It should never show a “searching” state for work that has not begun.
Likewise, future automation will not be described as current simply because a design exists. Every application remains your decision.
