Proposed service terms
Working draft · not an agreement
This page is a draft for discussion only. It is not a final contract, does not create a client relationship, and does not invite payment. No paid service is available through this website.
Any future service would need separate, complete terms agreed with the client before work or payment begins.
A consultation followed by role recommendations.
The intended service may include a consultation, a written search profile, and a regular digest of vacancies that appear relevant to the agreed profile. The exact scope, schedule, duration and price are not final.
A consultation enquiry is not acceptance of an offer. The service begins only if both sides later agree written terms.
Listings depend on their sources.
Jobs Desk uses third-party vacancy information and selected employer career pages. Information can be incomplete, delayed or changed by the source. A checked listing is not a promise that an employer will still accept applications.
Jobs Desk aims to state what is known and to identify details that could not be confirmed. Clients should review the employer’s own application page before applying.
You remain responsible for applications.
Clients choose whether to pursue a role, verify the final details and submit their own applications. Jobs Desk does not apply for clients or contact employers on their behalf.
No outcome, interview, offer or hiring decision can be guaranteed. Any future guarantee would require precise eligibility conditions in the signed agreement; no such guarantee is offered by this draft.
Access is invitation-only today.
The client page is intended for people explicitly invited to use it. There is no public sign-up. Clients would be expected to keep access links private and use the service for their own job search.
Future account, suspension and termination terms have not yet been settled.
No payment terms are active.
There is no online checkout and no active payment request. Any future price, payment schedule, cancellation rights, refund policy or guarantee would be shown in final terms before a client commits.
Read the privacy notice separately.
The site’s handling of enquiries and client information is described in the privacy notice, which is itself marked as a draft while operational details are confirmed. Final service terms would identify the applicable privacy information and contact route.
This draft will change before any service is sold.
This draft is incomplete and should not be relied on as legal advice or as a contract. Governing law, liability, complaints and other terms require review and agreement before launch.
